Our Special Service technicians provide wildlife, termite, bed bug and bird control services for our residential and commercial customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain good customer relations by delivering great service with a positive attitude
• Interact with Branch Manager, Service Supervisor and Customer Service team in responding to scheduled services timely and performing according to proper company protocol.
• Wildlife Services include trapping, removal, exclusion, preventative services and damage repair
• Termite services include liquid and Sentricon
• Bed Bug services include conventional and Cryonite
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered
• Maintain proper inventory of products in use while keeping your service vehicle clean and organized
• Maintain a safe driving record
• Be available to work flexible hours as required by customer needs, including evenings, and/or weekends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & TRAITS: Wildlife, Bed Bug, Termite and Bird Control experience

• Independent and confident
• Good time management skills
• Ability to interact on a professional level with our customers and with the support staff in the office
• Any kind of sales experience
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills when faced with challenging situations
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
